Am Freitag Nachmittag war Bäume pflanzen angesagt. Mitarbeiter von beiden Instituten (bald offiziell unter gemeinsamen Namen) zogen aus, um ihren Benzinverbrauch auf dem täglichen Arbeitsweg zu kompensieren. 17 Hektar Gelände heißt es in den nächsten 10 Jahren zu bepflanzen. Nun ist ein Anfang gemacht! Hoffentlich haben wir alle einen grünen Daumen!

How ironic - my Icelander Lover and I were just discussing moving to Iceland to start our own tree growing operation. We have seen the beautiful little forests which have been planted by certain organizations all over Iceland, and the trees are beautiful. Bravo to you! I miss Iceland every day. Your pictures are lovely.
